After the tragic Miami condo collapse in 2021, the founders Dylan and Stephanie Robbins were determined to understand how such a catastrophic event could happen in modern times. They discovered many shortcomings in the old systems used for structural inspections and created 1-Day Inspections to help enhance the space. Our company is built on the principles of cutting-edge technology, high-end software, and dependable and accurate data. We believe that collecting accurate data is the real value, and our team of experts is here to collect and process the data to present it from an objective-based perspective. Over the years, our team has expanded beyond just structural inspections and includes a wide array of aerial and ground-based services.

Dylan has over 8 years of experience in the UAV industry and specializes in data collection. He possesses expert knowledge in data acquisition using advanced technology, building envelope inspections, and survey-grade accurate deliverables. Prior to founding 1-Day Inspections, he managed the East Regional UAV Division for a large multinational engineering firm, where he completed complex projects throughout the United States.
